MemoritiAI is not a library of ready-made textbooks. The sequence is always the same: source → cards → review. Below is how to work through that cycle so the cards are actually usable.
The best source is a passage you already know from reading: a chapter, lecture notes, a list of terms. In the creator you can:
If the PDF is a scan, ordinary text extraction often returns nothing. Paid plans can then enable more accurate PDF reading with a vision model. You should still check that you have the right to use the text.
Asking for 80 cards from five pages usually produces duplicates and vague lines. Prefer 15–25 cards on one topic, then another deck. Match the card type to the material: term–definition for vocabulary, question–answer for facts, multiple choice when similar ideas are easy to confuse.
After generation, read the deck. Delete empty cards, fix errors, and split questions that are too broad. That editing step is not a formality — without it you study the model’s hallucinations.
Open the deck in slideshow mode. Try to answer first, then flip the card. Mark “Don’t know” if you hesitate for more than a moment. Resetting progress makes sense before an exam, not every evening.
Link sharing (paid plans) is meant for a study group, not for publishing someone else’s textbook on the internet.
When a card is unclear, go back to the chapter, not to another prompt. The generator speeds up a draft deck. Learning happens in review and correction.
